Giovanni came to the appointment right on time. He was presentable carrying his tool box. He checked the unit, cleaned, flushed it, and explained what he did. His final comment was the unit is running great and nothing else needs to be done. No replacement of the unit is needed. His service was remarkable. Great representation of his company, very knowledgeable, prompt.
